What we define together

Every project starts with a short introductory call; we clarify the need together. We put the following in writing from the start and submit it for your approval:

The site’s purpose and page map; the build is done on WordPress.
Access: the domain and hosting stay with you; you give access through an authorized account and with written approval. Passwords aren’t written in chat or email.
Way of working: every piece of work is first done in a separate staging environment; going live happens only with your explicit approval.
Extra needs: topics such as a multilingual setup, membership, a small shop of a few products or paid plugins are written together in the scope note.
We share the process and interim deliverables openly from the start; work that goes live is added to this page.

Frequently asked questions

Will we lose our current site?

No. We take a backup before any change and set the way back together. On the live site, every change is made with your approval.

Do you set up online stores?

We can build a showcase with a few products. If you need payments and stock, we settle that in the scope note together and, if needed, suggest another route that suits you.

Can we manage the site ourselves afterwards?

Yes, we build it for that. We give you a management guide at handover.

Will you get us to the first spot in search engines?

We do the technical and content work the site needs to be found, on a regular basis, and share the method and process openly.
